Management Trainees
A successful family-owned lumber and building supply retail chain with 83 retail stores located throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico,
Mississippi and Arkansas, is seeking qualified candidates for our Management Trainee program.
Qualified candidates will have proactive leadership skills and experience, and be able to work effectively with people, as well as having a strong knowledge of retail sales and the building supply industry. If hired, candidates will be assigned a home store in their local area, and will split time between the home store and McCoy’s Headquarters in San Marcos, TX during the thirteen week training program. Willingness to relocate following the training program is required, as candidates will apply for open Assistant Manager positions throughout the company when the program is completed.
Candidates must meet McCoy’s driver
eligibility requirements.
