The NOV Downhole division is currently seeking quality candidates to fill the following positions:
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS
West Houston, Texas
Duties include setting up and operating a variety of manufacturing equipment including the assembly/disassembly of tools and materials to
produce Downhole products. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years experience in Manufacturing and/or manual labor.
CNC MACHINISTS
North Houston, Texas
Shift: 2nd shift; overtime available
Duties include performing various machining operations that require multiple setups, interpreting prints, following process routings, and identifying possible problems before beginning production. Qualifications
include a high school diploma or equivalent, and CNC equipment operation experience. Requires thorough understanding of different thread types
and single point threading; experience using straight and tapered thread gages; ability to solve minor problems with little or no supervision; and math skills to add/subtract fractions and convert fractions to decimals.
CNC & GENERAL MACHINISTS
Conroe, Texas
Duties include performing various machining operations that require multiple setups, interpreting prints, following process routings, and identifying possible problems before beginning production. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year machining experience. Requires the ability to solve minor problems with
little or no supervision, and math skills to add/subtract fractions and convert fractions to decimals.
