About Us
Jamie Hamre began his floor covering career in 1976 working for Congoleum Flooring Manufacturing Company. His vast experience in manufacturing, distribution, and ultimately flooring contracting helped him learn to identify what consumers really want when it comes time for new flooring in their homes. In 1997, Jamie and Patricia Hamre founded Hamre’s Floors, Kitchens & Baths to serve Fort Bend County residents.
Over the years, a dedicated group of individuals have become the Sales and Customer Service Team here at Hamre’s. Mark Joyce, Tina Kish, and Seth Weindorff show a dedication to both customers and the company. This dedication has earned Hamre’s the Fort Bend Sun newspaper “Reader’s Choice Award” in 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008. We are also proud members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
Since our doors opened, we have built our business squarely on repeat and referral customers. We continue to adapt and grow to meet the changing needs of our customers and we have always remained open to innovative ideas on how we can improve our products and services.
