Adapted from one of the most-loved and celebrated film musicals of all time and featuring some of the best-known songs in theater, this joyous show is a charming, up-beat, graceful, and thoroughly enjoyable journey through the days in Hollywood when silent films transitioned to “talkies.” Singin’ in the Rain will come under the Umbrella for six performances in April 2010. Directed and choreographed by Julia Fiske, the show will feature local amateur and professional talent.
