Description
Our Galveston hospital, specializing in helping pediatric burn patients, is recruiting professionals for the following roles:
DIRECTOR, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT/RISK MANAGEMENT
As part of the hospital's senior management team, this person is responsible for the oversight of all hospital programs, policies and procedures used in the delivery of safe, quality care to our very special patient population. Particular attention is given to programs addressing Joint Commission standards for accreditation and maintaining exemplary patient satisfaction scores in a multi-disciplinary environment of care. The successful candidate will be an RN with his/her license in good standing with the State of Texas and at least 3 years managerial experience in a hospital setting. Candidates with 5 years clinical diagnostic experience will be highly preferred.
DIRECTOR, GENERAL SERVICES
Also part of the senior management team, this individual will direct efficient hospital facility operations including plant & engineering, security, environmental services, drivers and volunteers as well as general service business contracts. This person will also be the Safety Officer for the hospital with oversight of Environmental of Care and Safety programs. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with at least three years of healthcare management experience. Facility and contract experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
