sale, and distribution of electricity and natural gas; the importation and storage of liquefied natural gas (LNG); and retail electricity sales
and services to commercial and industrial customers.
We are seeking:
DIRECTOR, TALENT DEVELOPMENT
You will strengthen the development of talent (career development, succession planning, competency management, training, people
& position review, performance and competency review,) for GDF SUEZ Energy North America (GSENA). You will also support the talent
development management for GSENA (senior executives, mobiles, expats, and the Leaders For Tomorrow - ‘LFT’ program).
Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years relevant training and development experience and experience in HR required. You must have the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Good organizational,
prioritizing and time management skills a must.
