The Job

A PaperG Operations Analyst plays a critical role in helping the local business who use our technology succeed. Using a quantitative approach, you will analyze, manage, and personalize advertising strategies for the tens thousands of campaigns we run.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data across our 20,000+ advertisers to uncover new opportunities for better performance
  • Traffic, manage, and be the point person for the ad campaigns of our biggest clients
  • Monitor usage stats to spot key trends and formulate recommendations for taking our products to the next level

Requirements

Account Executive (San Francisco, CA)

As a PaperG Account Executive, you are a hunter and experienced in selling to executives at large companies. Creative, energetic and a self-starter, you understand the sales process, how to analyze needs and provide solutions-based sales, and can drive deals forward and compress decision cycles. The Job

A PaperG Account Executive is a core member of the Accounts team, focused on bringing in new partner accounts. Typical partner accounts are local media companies and ad agencies: newspapers, yellow pages, TV stations, radio stations, internet companies, etc. If you have any background in these industries, even better.

We are looking for a track record of proven sales success with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales. Knowledge of the advertising industry is a tremendous plus. In this role you will enjoy a rewarding commission structure, opportunity for career growth, and the chance to represent "wow" products in a rapidly growing market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & meet with stakeholders at media companies: CEOs, Sales Executives etc.
  • Use solutions-based selling to identify where PaperG's products can solve needs
  • Demonstrate PaperG's technologies via web demos, phone calls, and in person
  • Negotiate business terms and see new contracts through to execution
  • Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers

Overview

A PaperG Product Manager plays critical roles in both the engineering and business teams. You research technologies, design new features, and ultimately drive our products to innovate in local advertising.

You will be the business team’s main contact with the engineering team, their source of information about the product’s capabilities and its roadmap. You will gather requirements and find opportunities, design and specify features, and work with our engineering team to make your vision a reality.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and specify product features to advance the cutting edge of local advertising
  • Convert user requirements and feedback into a product vision
  • Execute on multiple work streams at a time
  • Design and write specifications for elegant, highly usable interfaces
  • Manage ongoing efforts to improve internal technology
  • Investigate, triage, and monitor requests and bug fixes

Requirements
