    As PaperG's Accounting Manager, you will be working with our executive team to capture and analyze our financial data. You will be responsible for the general accounting functions of the organization, and have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of tasks ranging from implementing new processes in the back office to conducting analysis that forms the cornerstone of our growth strategy. You should be proactive, reliable, and excel at balancing details with the speed of a startup.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and direct the company's finance and accounting functions, including consolidation, review of elimination and journal entries and account reconciliations for monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process in accordance with US GAAP
    • Handle day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping functions including routine AP, AR, Payroll tasks using QuickBooks
    • Assist in establishing and maintaining internal accounting policies and procedures to GAAP compliance.

    The Job

    PaperG is seeking a talented front-end developer to create simple, intuitive, and elegant web interfaces for our products. You will own the front end of our products and help us continue to deliver a magical experience for our customers!

    Responsibilities

    • Develop innovative, highly usable interfaces across our products
    • Implement effective, graphical, and functional designs
    • Write high quality front-end code
    • Make UI/UX decisions and inject a DNA of usability into our products

    Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, and DOM manipulation
    • Deep understanding of web standards and best practices (HTML5/CSS3 a must)

    The Job

    A PaperG Site Reliability Engineer is part of the Systems Engineering team and is responsible for server uptime and speed as we scale.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain highly-available systems in remote datacenters
    • Write scripts to monitor and automate processes
    • Troubleshoot issues across the stack -- software, application and network
    • Work closely with developers to ensure site reliability and performance
    • Document existing systems and procedures

    Requirements

    • Desire to not only maintain but improve existing systems
    • Solid understanding of *nix environments
    • Practical knowledge of shell scripting and at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl)
    • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
    • Working knowledge of fundamental internet protocols (e.g, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS)
    • Strong focus on correctness, simplicity and maintainability
    • Familiarity with implementing and supporting common monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, Munin)
    • Very strong written and verbal skills
